	FIBA Mini-Basketball announces the immediate change to 'The Rules of Mini-Basketball' Article 24 Throw In The Referee is required to handle the ball when the throw in is taken from out-of-bounds, except if it is after a field goal or last free throw Article 28 Progressing with the Ball A player who recieves the ball whilst he is progressing or upon completion of a dribble may come to a stop or release the ball. No more than one contact with each foot on the floor shall be allowed Article 46 A double foul is a situation in which two opponents commit fouls against each other at approximately the same time. A personal foul shall be charged against each offending player. No free throws shall be awarded. The game shall be resumed as follows: If a valid field goal is scored at the same time, the ball shall be awarded to the opponents of the team who scored for a throw-in from the end line. If a team had control of the ball or was entitled to the ball, the ball shall be awarded to this team for a throw in from out-of-bounds. If neither team had control of the ball nor is entitled to the ball, the game shall be resumed with a jump ball Article 40 Unsportsmanlike Conduct A player shall be warned if he disregards admonitions by the Referee or uses unsportsmanlike behaviour without involving contact After a warning the player shall receive a technical foul if the unsportsmanlike behaviour is repeated FIBA Mini-Basketball Secretariat
